Terms and Conditions
- If any part of the rented sheet or towel set is damaged or missing upon return, the renter, lessee, or customer will be charged and responsible for replacing the entire sheet or towel set at retail price.
- Deliveries start at 4:30 p.m. and may run until 9 p.m.
- The customer is responsible for removing all rented linens and returning them to the exact location they were delivered for pick-up, or will be charged full retail price for a replacement set.
- We may incorporate black or white linens to complete sets.
- There will be a mandatory $25 re-stock/pick up fee for orders unable to be picked up after delivery due to inaccessible product placement.
- In order to receive a full refund on cancellations, orders must be cancelled 48 hours prior to delivery date.
- There will be a mandatory $25 fee for orders placed within 72 hours of needed delivery.
